Returns & Exchanges

At Pisces Pets, we want you and your stylish companions to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
